Alex graduated from the University of Wales in 2002 with a first class degree in psychology (and Best Student Award from the British Psychological Society). Known for his passionate and highly relatable style, Alex has won various awards as a practitioner, including CAM Magazine’s Outstanding Practice Award in 2008, and being recognised by the Parliamentary Review in 2014.
Alex’s methodology has become known as Therapeutic Coaching, and it integrates key elements of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, NLP, life coaching, EFT and mindfulness training. Although best known for his work with fatigue and related conditions, Alex has a broad reaching clinical focus having worked with everyone from A-list movie stars to board members of FTSE 100 companies.
Alex see patients in person at The Optimum Health Clinic in North London, and globally via telephone and Skype. Sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10 and 5:30 (UK time), and sessions are charged at £165 an hour. There is a suggested initial commitment of 3 sessions, with ongoing sessions usually spaced 3-4 weeks apart.
Alex has very limited availability, and if at the time of enquiring his diary is full, he is able to recommend practitioners from the highly experienced team he has trained and oversees at The Optimum Health Clinic.
I love taking on ambitious and challenging projects that help make the world better and force me to grow in the process.
